How long have you been part of the #FIGHTFAM: Less then a year
What was your life like prior to joining:
During Covid I fell into that Chloe Ting workout routine which became unmotivating very quickly. I needed a group class to keep me motivated to come back.
What RESULTS have you eperienced training with us?
I lost 7lbs in the 21 day challenge! I also learned more about nutrition than I ever had before!
What’s is your favorite class/Workout and WHY?
FIIT class is by far my least and most favourite workout because i also begin the class regretting my decision followed by a day of complete soreness BUT i always feel and see the most results after that class, i feel the most accomplished after FIIT class.

What is some advice you’d give to someone starting?
Don’t give up after the first class, I was sore for an entire week after my first class. Try atleast each type of class once and trust me, you’ll find the one that gets you hooked.
What is a quote or mantra that keeps you motivated?

There’s nothing like punching/kicking any stress in your life out!
