Fight Fit gave me all the tools and the motivation that I needed to become the best and healthiest version of myself

Before Fight Fitness, I never worked out before. I remember I purchased a membership at GoodLife and paid for it for 2 years and used it probably 3 times during those 2 years, I just didn’t feel motivated and didn’t like going there because I didn’t know what to do. Never ate properly and hated veggies! I love hiking but I was so out of shape that I stopped doing that also.

I started with the 6 week challenge and I lost close to 11lbs and up until now I’ve lost close to 30lbs. Sometimes I don’t follow the meal plan 100% but I make sure I workout at least 3 times a week. I gained so much confidence after I because a Ninja at Fight Fit! I immediately started feeling so much better about myself and started doing things that I never thought I’d do!! I started eating a lot of vegetables, I started hiking again, I lift 70kg… it’s been just incredible!

My family and my best friend actually joined before the lockdown and my husband joined but because he works a lot decided to stop (I was upset about it because just doing it online he lost 25lbs!!) but he says he wants to join again in the summer 🙂 1000% SÚPER RECOMMENDED!!

I’m beyond thankful that Fight Fitness exists! The entire team makes you feel so welcomed and they make sure you’re doing the workouts properly so that you don’t injure yourself. Basically, Fight Fit gave me all the tools and the motivation that I needed to become the best and healthiest version of myself and I am extremely happy I am a part of this gym and community! Super happy with the results I’ve seen so far and I’m looking forward to more 😊 thank you all so much!! Coach Herman has also been a very big part of my journey; since I started PTs with him I’ve done so much… I deadlift now! Never thought I’d do that!! He’s always trying to adapt certain workouts for me because we realized that I actually have a few issues that I need to take care of and the fact that he is able to still make sure I have a great workout but without hurting myself to me is extremely important!

All of the coaches are very supportive and encouraging, but will also push you!

Prior to working with Fight Fitness, I was focused on my full-time job and being the primary caregiver to my parents when I got home from work. Very little time for me. Tried to fit workouts in, but it was very difficult.

I have lost 27.5 lbs. I am sleeping better, have more energy, feel better about myself in general, and I’m making better food choices in spite of a busy schedule.

I would recommend Fight Fitness to anyone whose goal is to change their lifestyle – not just a focus on weight loss. It needs to be people who recognize a need for holistic change in terms of their health and well-being. It needs to be people who are going to “buy-in” to the program and be committed and willing to work.

The variety in the workouts keep it interesting and fun. The workouts are challenging and the coaches provide modifications based on fitness level and injuries/limitations. No one is left out. All of the coaches are very supportive and encouraging, but will also push you.

I absolutely love the program it is hard work but it works!!! THANK YOU FIGHT FIT!!

I was discouraged, fed up of trying and tired. I am diabetic and not only was the program able to get me on track but it got my sugar levels under control and I avoided insulin.

I am happy with the 10lb weight loss. I want to continue to get to my goal. I have more energy and the love the support from the coaches and the team at Fight Fitness.

I’m extremely glad I joined the 6 weeks’ challenge at Fight Fitness.

I just finished the challenge and I won. I have lost 14 lbs., 6.5% of my body fat, and 5 inch of waist!! Now I feel stronger and heartier than before!

All the fitness coaches are super supportive and motivating. And the exercises never got boring, it was always a new challenge.

Lost 13lb and 17 inches in 6 weeks!

I was at 194lb, if not 196lb, in the beginning of the year. I suffered from a serious stomach flu and lost 10lb. And from that point, I realize that I could lose some weight.

Then I decided to give it a try with the Fight Fitness Challenge. With failing experiences (and the $ I spent on programs and treatments) from previous years, my decision was not encoraged by my spouse. But my parents are 200% at my back.

And now I am half way done, from 184lb and 40.4% fat rate to 150lb and 27 – 28% fat rate.

Thanks to all the coaches and fellow Ninjas to walk my way thru. As said, still half way to go to reach my goal. Then keep it up (or low indeed) will be a life long journey. Thanks again.

My outlook on nutrition, and working out has really changed!

I joined Fight Fit Bootcamp and undertook the 6 week challenge because I had never done anything like it in terms of regulated diet and exercise! I wanted to see what my body could do and i decided to give it a try! After completing and rising up to the challenge, my outlook on nutrition, and working out has really changed! I’ve joined the gym so I can continue the workouts which are challenging, different all the time and fun AND help you get stronger and noticeably leaner!! Fight Fit is a great non-intimidating gym to work out where the coaches are friendly and helpful!

I highly recommend Fight Fit for your next workout!

I am extremely happy with the all of the coaches at Fight Fit Markham. Took the plunge in doing the 6 week challenge and very happy that I did (lost 25 lb and 6% body fat). Coach Ken, Rafael, Herman were very motivated for the kickboxing and core classes.

The workouts were very tough but doable as each coach provides a unique experience to increase strength and promote cardio.

I highly recommend Fight Fit for your next workout! Everyone knows you by name.

  • 5 star review  I have never been one to exercise or a gym person outside of sports, so i was hesitant to register but after signing up with my girlfriend it was alot easier to motiviate each other. Overall i had an amazing experience joining the community at fight fitness. All coaches and staff were extremely friendly and professional. Every class was exciting and requires hard work. I just completed the 6 week challenge and it was extremely rewarding. It was as fun as it was hard. I was shocked at the results having been skeptical at the beginning but if you drive right in to it you will not regret it! I feel healthier and now have new lifestyle changes to now live by!

  • 5 star review  Joining Fight Fit was one of the best decisions I have ever made. Their 6 week challenge was not only challenging but also very fun. It sparked and interest in learning more about kickboxing, and it helps a lot that the coaches are super friendly and everyone in the gym has such a positive attitude. If you are looking to kick start into a healthier lifestyle, with proper support then Fight Fit is definitely the place to be. Thank you guys!

  • 5 star review  Fight Fitness has been an amazing community and a completely different experience that I have ever experienced! I joined their 6 week challenge with my boyfriend and the coaches were supportive and walked alongside of us every step of the way. The workouts consisted of both afterburn and kickboxing classes, but not one of 18+ classes were the same. Our coaches had weekly check-ins and weekly weigh-ins. The community of members were friendly and were open to share experiences and new recipes for meal plans. In these 6 weeks, I lost 17lbs, 9% body fat, 6.5” off my waist, and 1.25” off my hips.

  • 5 star review  I just finished my 6 week challenge. I enjoyed the energy in every class and pushed me to keep going. The first 2 weeks was challenging as I didn't work on my cardio for almost a year and definitely feel the difference from then. My eating habits has changed since I started. I know understand what types of foods my body needs to go to the classes. My experience here has motivated to get to my goal and don't give up! The staff there are friendly!
