How long have you been a coach? I’ve been an admin for about 8 months!

What did you study/work as prior to being a coach? kinesiology and fitness & health promotion

What’s your favorite thing to do during your free time? Spending time with friends & family, going on walks/runs

If your life had a theme song, what would it be and WHY? September by Earth, Wind and Fire because it’s too funky to not dance to

If you had a super power, what would it be and WHY? The ability to fly (or teleportation) so I’ll never be late for anything again

If you were trapped on a desert island, what is ONE peice of exercise equipement you would need: skipping rope

If you could eat only ONE thing forever, what would it be and WHY? SMOOTHIES – the fruit combinations are endless
