How long have you been a coach? Almost 5 years

What did you study/work as prior to being a coach? Culinary arts and construction

What’s your favorite thing to do during your free time? I love to learn! Whether it’s books, videos, podcasts or conversations, I love to learn new things.

 

If your life had a theme song, what would it be and WHY? Hakuna Matata – It means no worries, for the rest of your days! It’s my problem-free philosophy.

If you had a super power, what would it be and WHY? Prestidigitation – like the ability from DnD – it would basically make me the ultimate DIY-er. Clean or dirty things instantly! Light fires! Change the colors of things!

If you were trapped on a desert island, what is ONE peice of exercise equipement you would need: Preferably an axe, but I’ll settle for a sledgehammer. I could get my power and core workout done at the same time as I build my Desert Island Mansion.

If you could eat only ONE thing forever, what would it be and WHY? Katsu – Specifically, from Brown’s Donkatsu.

Deep fried pork/chicken cutlet – SUPER crispy, with sweet, spicy, savoury sauce and light fluffy cheese, served with coleslaw, corn and rice.

Covers all my bases for textures and flavours, and generally has the right portion sizes / ratios for my current nutrition goals!
