We believe that fitness is not just about physical strength, but also about mental toughness and personal growth. That’s why every month, we select a Fight Fitness member who embodies our values and works hard to achieve their fitness goals. And this month, we’re excited to introduce you to Sun-Ching Lui, our latest FOTM.

Sun-Ching has been part of our Fight Fitness community for over three years now, and we couldn’t be more proud of her commitment to fitness and our Client Creed. She attends at least 10 sessions a month, participates in the monthly combine or Fight Fit Test, and lives our values of following through with commitments, having integrity to make no excuses to quit, and being consistent, honest, and growth-oriented.

So what has Sun-Ching experienced during her time with us? Well, she has reported having more energy as a result of her training, which is a common benefit that our clients experience. When it comes to her favorite classes, she loves kettlebell and personal training the most, which is not surprising considering how effective and fun these classes can be.

For those who are just starting out on their fitness journey, Sun-Ching’s advice is simple: just give it a try. She assures us that our fitness program is something that you won’t expect, and we agree. Our program is designed to challenge and inspire you in ways that you never thought possible.

Finally, Sun-Ching’s mantra for staying motivated is to “trust the process.” And we couldn’t agree more. Fitness is not a destination, but rather a journey, and trusting the process is key to staying committed and seeing results.
