What was your life like prior to joining Fight Fitness?

I was eating somewhat healthy foods but also ate out a couple times a week, i was at the gym but not as much. The most challenging thing was to keep it consistent etc. eating habits and sticking to the gym

What were your SPECIFIC results?

My specific result that i wanted out of this was to lose body fat that wasn’t needed and to gain strength from the workouts. I lost 11 lbs and 3% Body Fat!
