How to do a Barbell V-Sit Overhead Press (Z Press)
1. Start seated on the ground. Ensure you have weight that you’re able to pick up, if not you may need to use a rack to set up.
2. Sit with your legs in a V-sit position and barbell at your collar level
3. Press the berbell overhead while maintaining the seated position.
4. Lower the weight slowly to the start position and repeat for the desired amount of reps.
