Joy started her health and fitness journey as a challenger after becoming a Ninja at Fight Fitnss. She has received Ninja of the month of January 2020 and continues to improve in her fitness. Joy is a Certified Personal trainer from CanFitPro, Fight Fitness Academy Level 1-3 and DTS Barbell Certification. After completing the internship program at Fight Fit, she has learned to build more confidence and take more action.
