What was your life like prior to joining: I did interval training 3 times per week in small group format
What RESULTS have you eperienced training with us? Stress management, lost inches, gained strength, increased energy
What’s is your favorite class/Workout and WHY? Kickboxing – it makes feel powerful and strong and hitting something relieves stress
What is some advice you’d give to someone starting? Challenge yourself. Work at your pace. Have fun!
