Evans Armantrading Jr., with the help of his wife Dana –to whom he has been married since 2001–and his two children, exists to empower individuals to be the best versions of themselves so that they can live out their full potential. He does that by simplifying complex ideas that inspire individuals and teams to maximize their potential.

Evans served in the USAF from 2000-2006 and received numerous awards for service during Operation Iraqi Freedom and Operation Enduring Freedom.

He currently serves as an Executive Board Member of the Central Delaware Chamber of Commerce Vice Chair of The Military Affairs Committee, Advisory Board of College of Health & Behavior Sciences for Delaware State University, and Honorary Commander of Health Care Squadron.

As a successful business owner, he is a sought after motivational speaker, mentor, minister and teacher.

Evans started as a Fitness Entrepreneur, founding and owning CNU Fit. It’s Kent County’s leading transformation studio for empowering frustrated professionals dealing with pain and anxiety about their health to feel good in their skin, fit their favorite clothes and have energy all day.

Armantrading & Assoc. – a leadership and mentoring company helping individuals develop assets that have cash flow to accomplish their financial goals.

Evans is an authority on personalized fitness coaching, which combines regular assessments, strength training, nutrition, and lifestyle coaching to give individuals the support and accountability they need in order to boost their metabolism and reach their goals. He holds several prestigious certifications such as a Certified Personal Trainer with the ACSM, Certified Metabolic Advisor with Total Trainer, Youth Exercise Specialist with NASM, a Level one Precision Nutrition Certification, Functional Movement Screen level I, FMS Corrective Exercise Level II, FMS Capacity Screen and Sports Conditioning Specialty Certification with ACE.

Since founding CNU Fit in 2009, Evans and his team has helped over 2,500 individuals lose over 33,000 lbs.

In 2017, CNU Fit was awarded North America’s Fitness Business of the Year and was recognized by Governor Carney as a nominee for Kent County Small Business of the Year.

In, 2018 CNU Fit was recognized by Governor Carney as a nominee for Kent County Small Business of the Year and awarded Group Instructor & Personal Trainer Contract for Dover Air Force Base.

Dec 2019, CNU Fit opened its second independent location in Milford, DE. In 2020, Evans was awarded Delaware’s Veteran Business Owner of the year.
