Dennis Chen is a student coach who works with anyone that is willing to put an effort to improve themselves. He hopes to help by creating innovate exercise programs that are fun and challenging. He hopes to utilize his kinesiology background to provide advice regarding postural/mobility issues that affect the general population.
He believes that integrating functional movement patterns and mobility work in a workout is essential to improving one’s ability to perform daily tasks.
He has experience in working in rehab centers, health clinics, youth sports’ programs, a special-needs camp, a first nation’s reserve, and the Toronto District School Board.
Dennis holds a B.Sc in Kinesiology with a minor in Rehabilitative Sciences from the University of Waterloo. He is currently studying to be a chiropractor at the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College. He hopes to use what he will learn in his future studies to educate others and to treat as many people as he can.
