What was your life like prior to joining:
Not as flexible as I work from home and there is little movement required on a daily basis. I didn’t have a routine to work out or move around much.
Not as flexible as I work from home and there is little movement required on a daily basis. I didn’t have a routine to work out or move around much.
Low energy primarily due to eating unhealthy foods, sleeping late and lack of physical activities.
Lower back pains/ stiffness as I sit all day long for work and did not have proper workplace ergonomics set up. My core was weak and I slouched forward in my seat a lot. Hence my neck and shoulders started to get stiff.
What RESULTS have you eperienced training with us?
Lost between 5-10lbs. Gained strength in core, arms and legs. Increased energy. Ability to do exercises which I struggled before such as push ups, multiple burpees, ab related exercises. Overall I feel stronger, healthier and happier.

What’s is your favorite class/Workout and WHY?
Kickboxing because its a full body workout thats fast pace and high energy! I like that its focused on both upper and lower body and allows me to burn a lot of calories. My core has improved a lot as well, as every move in kickboxing requires a strong core.

What is some advice you’d give to someone starting?
Be consistent- with every workout and class I attend, I get stronger and stronger and learn better form and techniques.
Taking some action is better than no action. Start slowly and get into a regimen and see what works, which workouts you like, what food to reduce, and can slowly increase the frequency you can work out.
What is a quote or mantra that keeps you motivated?
No pain no gain
